Sejarah Generator Hidrogen
Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
Berikut Sejarah Generator Hidrogen
1807: A Swiss inventor named Francois Issac de Rivaz invented the first internal combustion engine that burned hydrogen from water. More...
1860: Etienne Lenoir created one of France’s greatest inventions, the ICE car. It turned water into combustible hydrogen fuel through electrolysis in a one stroke 2 cylinder engine. More...
1863: The Hippomobile, based on Etienne Lenoir’s 1860 invention.
Electrolyzed water (hydrogen gas) ran through a small horizontal engine. The engine, running on what Lenoir called “natural cycles”, pulled the fuel mixture in such a way that on the down stroke of the piston, the (exhausted) fuel combusted, powering the engine. More..
1875: Jules Vernes Talked About Water
As Fuel In his book, Mysterious Island, Jules Verne stated “Water decomposed into its primitive elements, and decomposed doubtless by electricity, which will then have become a powerful and manageable force. Yes, my friends, I believe that water will one day be employed as a fuel.” More...
1918: Charles H. Frazer Was First To US Patent A "Hydrogen Booster."
The system was designed for internal combustion engines, to increase efficiency. The engine will stay cleaner and lower grade fuel can be used with equal performance. The invention was published in the newspaper, publicly demonstrated, and then disappeared. Fuel was so cheap that it may have been an idea ahead of its time. More...
1930: There Have Been Over 240 Patents for engines that 100-250 miles per gallon.
1933: A Norway Company Norsk Hydro Modifies Company Trucks to run on hydrogen gas. Fitted with an ammonia reformer to draw out hydrogen, the truck’s modified combustion engine ran on the reclaimed water. More...
1941: A Russian Converts 200 military Trucks To Run On Hydrogen Gas. During WWII, the Nazis had Leningrad, Russia surrounded, cutting off supplies. Petroleum was running low, so military technician Boris Shelishch stepped in and converted 200 GAZ-AA trucks to run on hydrogen gas in 10 days. More...
1977: NASA Put Out A Document On Hydrogen.
It states that hydrogen helps gasoline powered internal combustion engines increase mileage and lower emissions. The title of the document is “Emissions and Total Energy Consumption of a Multi-cylinder Piston Engine Running On Gasoline And a Hydrogen-Gasoline Mixture.” More...
1998: Stan Meyer was a great inventor from Ohio.
Mr. Meyer was most famous for his dune buggy that ran on water with on board electrolysis. It ran 100 miles per gallon. Stan Meyer died in March of 1998 at the age of 57.
The following is an interesting excerpt from the Columbus Dispatch:
After more than 20 years of research and tinkering, it was time to celebrate. Stan Meyer, his brother and two Belgian investors raised glasses in the Grove City Cracker Barrel on March 20, 1998. Meyer said his invention could do what physicists say is impossible -- turn water into hydrogen fuel efficiently enough to drive his dune buggy cross-country on 20 gallons straight from the tap. He took a sip of cranberry juice. Then he grabbed his neck, bolted out the door, dropped to his knees and vomited violently. "I ran outside and asked him, 'What's wrong?' " his brother, Stephen Meyer, recalled. "He said, 'They poisoned me.' That was his dying declaration." More...
